I have been a long time customer of another area Jeep dealer and always leery about walking into another dealership as I have no patience / refuse to deal with some of the dog & pony shows some dealers / salesman hit you with when you walk in the door...I usually head straight to the exit! Upon our arrival we were greeted by Robert Hladik who offered to help us; I showed him the printout of the window sticker from jeep.com of the Cherokee we were interested in. It was located at another lot and someone offered to go get it right away...within minutes the Cherokee was ready for us to test drive. Told them we were part of the Chrysler Affiliate Rewards program, which they said they would honor on the Cherokee. I asked them to appraise our car and have numbers for us when we got back. I was pleasantly surprised to come back and have Rich Pasiut and Robert armed with printouts of an appraisal on our trade-in along with 3 scenarios should we choose to finance the car. I wanted to go home to think about it and also do some further research on our trade...there was absolutely no pressure from Rich or Robert to make the deal on the spot. After a few phone calls with Robert during the week, we were now just $175 apart on our trade...we went back up, agreed to split the difference and bought the Cherokee we wanted. Within 30 minutes we had the deal and all of the finance paperwork wrapped up. We picked up the Jeep a few days later; only minor complaint is we said we would pick it up between 2pm -2:30pm...it was still being prepped and was not brought out until around 3:15pm. Certainly not the end of the world, but when you have a small child it can seem like an eternity. They spent a good chunk of time going over the Cherokee's features and setting up my wife's phone. Overall this was without a doubt one of the best / hassle-free car buying experiences I have ever had! I highly recommend FSJ! More

I have a 2011 Dodge Journey, Sound stopped coming out of the radio. i did some research and found this to be an issue with dodge and there was a TSB (technical service bulletin) issued to re-flash the ampli the radio. i did some research and found this to be an issue with dodge and there was a TSB (technical service bulletin) issued to re-flash the amplifier because the amplifier stops communicating with the bus (software freezing up). I spoke to service and asked if there was a charge since there was a TSB and my vehicle was out of the 36,000 warranty. I was advised there was no charge. When the car was brought in, Service claimed there was no TSB. I emphasized there was. Later they said they found the TSB but it didn't apply to my car and that re-flashing would not correct my problem. My problem was there was no power coming from the amplifier. They advised me it would be $180 to find out what was wrong with it (about 2 hours work). I asked if it cant be fixed then what. Service advised a new radio/amplifier would be in excess of $500. I left and took my vehicle to a professional audio dealer. In less than 30 minutes the radio was working perfectly. They advised me the Amplifier froze up and had to be re-booted. Total cost was $30. I later looked up the TSB to see compatibility to my vehicle. My vehicle matches what the requirements were from the TSB. Everything Service told me were lies. They should be ashamed of themselves for the rip off attempt on me. I wasn't going to leave a review for the world to see but when I replied to their questionnaire about my resent service and I got back nothing, Not even an "I'm sorry" I feel I should warn others to be careful when dealing with them. Do your homework before walking in there. As for me and my entire family, They lost a lot of business. We will never step foot in there again!!! More

I only visited the dealership once I will be going back to hopefully to purchase an SUV so far everyone has been great. I will further comment when we close the deal. Well we purchased another Jeep.
