I want to learn about the product and the math has to make sense to purchase a new vehicle. I had a list of cars that I wanted to compare- Lexus, Audi and Acura. I was trading in a 2017 Mercedes and had driven Mercedes for a number of years, all different models. I was pleasantly surprised with the Acura RDX, A-spec and Steve Steele, the salesman that greeted me. Steve knows his product. He asked questions and informed me of the specifications about the car. He did not pressure me to sit for hours and discuss the car after my test drive. After my visit I went, as planned, to the other dealerships. Needless to say, they did not get my business. I worked with Steve to secure a deal mostly via text, because I was working too. He was respectful of my schedule. I spent minimal time at the dealership because Steve and JJ, the Sales Manager, were prepared with all of the paperwork. Steve walked me through the ins and outs of the car before I drove it off the lot. He has called, text and followed-up via email after the sale.
