Our first visit to Bradshaw, we met Ken Hucker, who took time to show us a bunch RDXs My wife decided we need a new car, she decided on an Acura RDX. Our first visit to Bradshaw, we met Ken Hucker, who took time to show us a bunch RDXs. He gave us info on the RDX and MDX. We thanked him and left. He was the epitome of "No Pressure", answered all questions, supplied needed facts, and didn't even ask for a phone number to contact us. On our next trip, we took a couple of test drives, We started to lean more into the MDX. Again, no pressure, just the facts. This time we got a trade-in price, very fair price. We got the right car at the right price from the right guy at the right dealership. More

Mixed feelings My wife and I went to look at the car late evening, dealership did not have the color in stock , they showed alternate color and we liked the color. P My wife and I went to look at the car late evening, dealership did not have the color in stock , they showed alternate color and we liked the color. Price offered was good if we made purchase same day. We ended up making purchase on the day without test driving the car. One of reason for us purchasing new car was to have safety features like Collision Mitigation , lane departure warning and Blind spot warning systems. I later found RDX base model does not come with Blind spot warning (BSW) systems. This has been only negative so far. Steve Steele and Michael Burgess were friendly and courteous. I would have definitely purchase different model if i knew base model does not come with BSW More

When we returned to finalize the purchase, they answered our follow up questions and walked us through the process. Mike with finance was helpful and quickly took us though the part that we typically dread the most! Dealership has followed up several times, making sure all of our questions are answered and that we are enjoying our new car. More
