This is the most terrible excuse for a service department I’ve ever seen. All my vehicles have come from Bradshaw/ Fred Anderson. I have most likely purchased my last car from this place. I bought a car last year in March it has been in service dept at least 5 times and I just got it back today and before I get a mile down the road it’s doing the same thing. They tell me what it’s doing is normal well it’s a strange thing that I’ve had loaner Cadillacs while mine has been in service and not one of them do what my car is doing. This whole service dept is a JOKE!!!! Since Fred Anderson took over. The ONLY positive encounter is with my sales person Tony Bentley and the service advisor Howard Bush. They are unfortunately the middle man in this situation I would NOT recommend this service dept to my worst enemy. I will say this if my car leaves me stranded or gets me hurt in an accident because they say “nothing” is wrong with it there will be a lawsuit on Fred Anderson. They have had my car right at 2 weeks this time and only 21 miles was put on it and they say nothing is wrong with it they didn’t even hardly drive it to see the issue. We have several videos that we shared with them to show them the problem o we will get right on this and drive it a good bit and get it straightened out. 21 miles in almost 2 weeks that isn’t putting miles on it to find the problem. On one occasion they kept it over 7 weeks ridiculous and still I have the same problem. Unfortunately I can’t give negative stars. I hate going elsewhere for a car because of Tony and Howard both of those are good guys trying to make a living and they have to hear the bad stuff because of being the middle man. SERVICE DEPT SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!! So I’ve had the car a year and about 4 months and it’s been in service over 3 months or more and still as of driving out of the service dept today STILL have the same problem.also to add to the problem I get the car back with ANTS all in it which was NOT there when I dropped off 😡😡😡😡 More

I purchased a 2025 Equinox from Fred Anderson in November 2024. At 6400 miles my Check Engine light came on. Mitchell Summer acknowledged me and my concerns. Unfortunately they did not know exactly what th 2024. At 6400 miles my Check Engine light came on. Mitchell Summer acknowledged me and my concerns. Unfortunately they did not know exactly what the issue was. Mitchell consulted with the design engineer at GM to try to determine the issues. It was a process to finally get the problem diagnosed. I have to say, at times, I became very frustrated with the time it took to diagnosis and order parts. That was not the fault of Mitchell or the dealership. They assured me they wanted to repair my new cSuV in a complete, safe way so that I would have the peace of mind that it was in perfect running order. My SUV was at Fred Anderson for a little over 4 weeks and I have to commend Mitchell for always treating me with respect and courtesy ( there were times I was starting to loose my patience). I apologized for being a little bit “snippy” at times and he was kind enough to be professional and courteous to me for the entire time for repairs. I will continue to have my Equinox serviced by Fred Anderson. Their service is excellent. More

The vehicle clearly had not been properly serviced before the sale. Just two weeks later, I had to bring it back due to transmission issues. When I returned it, I was told it could take over a month just to get a diagnostic, and there were no loaner vehicles available until June 30th. Meanwhile, I was left without transportation or any sense of urgency from the dealership. I called multiple times trying to reach someone for an update and got no response. I finally had to go in person just to get Alex to respond to me — only then did I hear anything. Even then, nothing was resolved. The only option presented was to trade me into a car with more miles and a higher payment than my current truck, all because of the truck’s rapid depreciation — a situation caused by mechanical issues that were already present when they sold it to me. To be clear, this review is not a reflection of the sales rep, Wofford, who did everything he could to help me. He was professional and understanding throughout, but unfortunately, he was limited in what he could do. This experience has been unacceptable. From the lack of transparency and communication to the unwillingness to take accountability, I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. If you buy a vehicle here, make sure it’s been thoroughly inspected — and don’t expect much help if something goes wrong after you drive off the lot More

My experience with the service department has been the absolute worst. They deserve zero stars. I had Tyler as my service manager. Let me say the narrative that mechanics just try to drain money from thei absolute worst. They deserve zero stars. I had Tyler as my service manager. Let me say the narrative that mechanics just try to drain money from their customers especially women this Chevrolet location played right into this narrative. I initially brought my car for a service light that prior mechanic couldn’t figure out. Ultimately Tyler instructed me to have Chevy fix 2 things and by the way we’re recently replaced 2 weeks prior but Tyler insisted with Chevy parts there’s a guarantee it’ll fix the problem. He went a step further to say if I have any issues related to the same problem he’ll waive the diagnostic fee next time. Needless to say I was back within 2 weeks for the same problem. Tyler called me after days of having my car to say they can’t figure out what’s wrong. But would like to keep it another day to try to get something figured out. By the next morning Tyler called back to say there’s so new codes that picked up on their diagnostic reader and one of which is a leak. He stated this will cost a $1000. That revelation was alarming considering just 24 short hours prior he stated they didn’t know what the issue was. Now he came back to say the new codes which he later revealed was not there the first time he had my car and he certainly didn’t mention a leak on the call when he stated he didn’t know what was wrong. So I ended up declining to get my car fixed. Tyler proceeds to say I’m responsible for the diagnostic fee because those new codes that he coincidentally scrambled up. My issue is not the amount or them simply not knowing the issue with my car. My problem is the money gauging and be deceptive in the process. I say all this to say tread lightly when getting your car serviced there especially if it’s with a deceptive person like Tyler. More
