GOOD AFTERNOON SIR. I APOLOGIZE YOU HAD CONCERNS WITH THE SUBURBAN AFTER THE RECENT VISIT. WHEN YOU BROUGHT THE SUV BACK WE HAD OUR SHOP FOREMAN GO OVER THE SUV TO MAKE SURE NOTHING WAS CAUSED BY OUR PREVIOUS SERVICE THAT WAS DONE. ONCE WE DETERMINED WHAT THE ISSUE WAS THE FIRST THING WE DID WAS WENT TO GM FOR ASSISTANCE ON THE REPAIR NEEDED DUE TO THE FACT YOU HAVE KEPT IT SO WELL MAINTAINED. IT WAS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT GM DID HELP WITH THE COST SOME AND THAT SINCE WE WERE IN THE AREA YOU WOULD GO AHEAD AND REPLACE THE REST OF THE INJECTORS AT A COST TO YOU. I BELIEVE THE TOTAL CAME OUT TO LESS THAN YOU WERE QUOTED AND HAD AGREED TO. IF THIS IS NOT THE CASE PLEASE FEEL FREE TO REACH OUT TO ME WITH ANY CONCERNS OR QUESTIONS.
