I had 4 different services performed on my Tahoe this day. My service advisor Keith was awesome at taking care of me and my vehicle. The shuttle drivers were friendly, drove safely and got me to work on day. My service advisor Keith was awesome at taking care of me and my vehicle. Life time guarantee on the work done as long as you own your vehicle. I gave it 3 stars because I was lead to believe I would be called if the parts weren't in to reschedule. I was there on both 8/9 & 16. On the first visit, I was there by 9:30 and got no call or update that day. Ultimately, I got the car back on the 3rd day. The service was to take 1 hour but took two. When I did get the car back, my service rep was at lunch and I got no first hand information on the work done. Took too long to complete my car and I had to call to find out the status instead of receiving a call from the dealership to update me. They ordered the parts without even giving me the estimate and lett find out the status instead of receiving a call from the dealership to update me. They ordered the parts without even giving me the estimate and letting me decide if I even wanted the dealership to work on my car. I had to call to find out what the estimate was and that’s when I was told about the parts. It took a month for my car to get fixed. They finally started to call and give me updates the week my car was finally being worked on. More
