My backup camera stopped working. They explained on the phone what they thought the problem could be but couldn’t be sure until they actually looked at it. They seemed to care less about the visit. Waiting area odor of mcDonalds. Two and 1/2 hours to do oil change and rotation. Left the plastic seat covers and paper in place.
