Well first off i was never told that each diagnosis was 125.00 each... was told when i got Bill for over 600.00 that i was told but i recorded whole conversation while i was sitting there and no i was neve 125.00 each... was told when i got Bill for over 600.00 that i was told but i recorded whole conversation while i was sitting there and no i was never told that... basically called me a liar... guess because I'm a female.. then whoever raised up my steering wheel screwed it up because it wouldn't go back down at all. My advisor even tried to get it down.... so i drove around for 2 days with steering wheel jacked all the way up in the air.. went back next morning to be told they had no rental cars.. so i found a place that heard my story and fixed it for free...I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO BRADSHAW & WOULDN'T RECOMMEND TAKING A TRICYCLE THERE... THEY ALSO BENT A AREA UNDER MY ASHTRAY WHEN THEY WERE MESSING WITH DASH AND NOW MY BOTTOM HALF OF MY DASH UNDER STEERING WHEEL IS HANGING DOWN TOO... GOT PICTURES TO PROVE IT ALL.... IT SHOULD BE FIXED AT NO COST TO ME... OR MAYBE WYFF CHANNEL 4 WOULD LOVE TO HEAR WHAT I HAVE TO SAY... I'M SO GLAD I TOOK PICTURES OF MY CAR BEFORE DROPPING IT OFF...I HAVE PICTURES OF THIS More

My wife’s car was serviced two weeks ago and they changed her air filter. Hours later, the ac makes a horrible noise. Got home and figured out there was a leave in the cabinet that the tech didn’t notice. Fast forward two weeks later, i being my Silverado in for service. No issues until I left. I pull out And turn left and my truck starts making a popping noise. The truck didn’t make the noise before I took it Saturday. They checked to make sure the lugs were tight but not I’m stuck with a damaged truck And no time to bring it in during the weak due to my busy schedule. There is also a scratch on my truck that absolutely was Not there before. Not very impressed with the service. Maybe it’s just a Saturday issue? More

Everything was fine and friendly. Sales pitch on time to do on carbon cleaning and other things. Then telling me after they finished the brakes and tires were getting thinner and by next time I should have to get them replaced. I only have 26,000 miles on it so I know they last a lot longer than that. Shouldn’t take advantage of me. Just because I’m a woman. More
