The general maintenance/ service was awesome. Melinda always does a great job when I bring in the Murano or the Altima for service. The total experience is the best by far. 🚫 A Cautionary Tale: Worst Car Buying Experience at Fred Anderson Nissan of Raleigh. I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to share this experience to help others avoid the frustration I went throu Anderson Nissan of Raleigh. I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to share this experience to help others avoid the frustration I went through. After a 4-hour drive based on what seemed like a promising deal I arrived to find a vehicle that was drastically misrepresented—it had visible rust, was filthy, showed concerning signs of possible flood or water damage, and had clearly not been detailed, inspected, or prepared with even basic care. The online listing was deceptive, and I felt completely misled. I had even provided a wired deposit in good faith. Not only was the vehicle a letdown, but it also took an unreasonable amount of time to get my deposit refunded—adding insult to injury. The customer service was indifferent at best, offering little accountability or empathy throughout the process. I walked away feeling disrespected, disappointed, and deceived. This was hands down the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. If you're considering doing business with Fred Anderson Nissan, proceed with extreme caution. Transparency, honesty, and customer care should be the bare minimum in a major purchase—and unfortunately, none of that was present here. Buyer beware. No integrity! More
We purchased a Nissan Sentra today and we highly recommend Frandy and Amir. Their help and patience were greatly appreciated. I am extremely disappointed with our recent experience at Fred Anderson Nissan of Raleigh. After signing a purchase agreement for a vehicle, we were shocked to learn that the dealership sold the vehicle to s Fred Anderson Nissan of Raleigh. After signing a purchase agreement for a vehicle, we were shocked to learn that the dealership sold the vehicle to someone else while we were 3 hours into our 4 hour trip there to finalize the paperwork. This is not just frustrating—it’s a breach of trust and a violation of North Carolina contract law; N.C. Gen. Stat 75-1.1. Under North Carolina law, a signed purchase agreement constitutes a binding contract. Once both parties have signed, the dealership is legally obligated to uphold their end of the agreement. If not signed by dealer and only the buyer, proof of implied consent such as text messages or emails are acceptable. Selling the vehicle after a contract has been executed is considered a breach of contract. On June 25, 2025 at 10:20 AM, we served Fred Anderson with a Letter of Demand via certified mail. If it is not complied with by the due date, our attorney is prepared to file a lawsuit. Jordan promised they would do everything to make it right and they simply didn’t. We paid the same price for a vehicle 2 years older with less features and more miles. Additionally, on our way home the following day, the tire rotation and oil change light came on. I contacted Jordan about this and he said someone from the service department would reach out, which they never did. My wife posted a Google review, and Jordan offered us $200 for diagnostics to be done on the vehicle and for the Google review to be removed, which we declined. We want to warn others: do not assume your signed agreement means the deal is final at this dealership. Our experience shows that even with paperwork in place, your vehicle may still be sold to someone else. Proceed with caution. More
The service and treatment were extremely pleasant. They looked for the best way to give me a good offer. They achieved this, and I left very satisfied. They looked for the best way to give me a good offer. They achieved this, and I left very satisfied. More
