I purchased a new Murano today. The whole experience took less than 3 hours start to finish, which was wonderful! My sales person didn’t waste my time and was very thorough. This is a great place to actually purchase a vehicle, however when it’s time for servicing it’s a totally different story. I think i’ve only had a positive experience once with the service dept. Today I however when it’s time for servicing it’s a totally different story. I think i’ve only had a positive experience once with the service dept. Today I had a 215 appt and currently its 437 and i’m still waiting after being told it would be 45-1 hour. I am extremely upset because of the lack of concern about the matter. More

Going to Fred Anderson Nissan of Raleigh prove to be one of the best decisions I ever made when purchasing a used vehicle. When I First arrived on the lot my salesman Jermaine was there to greet me. He had of the best decisions I ever made when purchasing a used vehicle. When I First arrived on the lot my salesman Jermaine was there to greet me. He had a smile on Face me asked me what I was looking for. I Told him what I was looking for and I told him what my price range was and he was able to find the perfect car for me. he assured me that everything would be taken care of and it was after I met with him I met with William who started the process of the paperwork. My car wasn’t quite ready to leave the lot they wanted to make sure that it was safe and detailed and clean they even put new tires on it for me. When I came to pick it up. I met Tony who can helped me finish the paperwork. It was Jermaine’s day off, yet he came to the dealership to be there when I picked up my car. He said it was his job to make sure I was happy with my car. Well I am happy. This was the best car buying experience ever. I have been to the big and small dealers. Jermaine was not pushy and was upfront about everything. I would definitely recommend Fred Anderson Nissan. More
