The worst dealership experience I have EVER HAD. When my 2019 Sentra wouldn't start this morning, I called roadside assistance to have it towed to this dealership. I was promptly informed by sales advisor, Ross, that I wouldn't have an answer until mid-afternoon after it got there at 10AM. 10. AM. It literally wouldn't start?? This isn't routine, it's literally the dealership not standing behind the product they sold me a mere 10 months ago. Then, stranded without a vehicle, I asked whether I should come to the dealership and was not given a definitive answer. After two fruitless phone calls, I decided to take a $20 uber over there, only to be dismissed, despite explaining I had a job several hours away that I was starting TONIGHT. When I expressed concern over my car not starting despite being so new, I was given the patronizing answer, "that's why cars have warranties." No offer of a loaner or a rental and no answer on what the HECK was wrong with my Sentra. In the meantime, my partner had written a review detailing my grievances and when Ross received it, he actually told me that if it wasn't taken down, they wouldn't move my car up as quickly to get looked at. After an agonizing couple hours (part of which included listening to another customer's concern of their maintenance taking too long and being dismissed like I was), my car was finally taken in and required a 10 minute fix. After all that. On the way out, Ross encouraged me again to have my partner take the review down. Well, we won't. And this is going up, too. Despite their "family plan," I will NEVER EVER return to this dealership. Unorganized, unkind, and not customer oriented in the slightest. There are plenty of other dealers out there; use them. Disappointing interaction. I emailed on a vehicle and Raphael gave me a higher price then the online form. He was responsive but not willing to work with you at all. Also beware of the "Protection Package" they sneak in there at the end. It's $989 of junk - tinted windows, nitrogen in the tires, and wheel locks. No way to remove it either. Just an extra way for them to squeeze you. More

rude staff at service center I had a appointment at service center I came to service center 10 minutes prior. Very rude staff at Raleigh service center.I purchase this new car at this location but did not know will have to misbehave at this service center. They need to be train professionally how to treat customers. More

So basically I went to Fred Anderson Nissan to get an oil change on 3/20/2020. After being greeted by the Service "Advisor" H.P., I was informed that there was an issue with my Passenger Rear Camber. I then change on 3/20/2020. After being greeted by the Service "Advisor" H.P., I was informed that there was an issue with my Passenger Rear Camber. I then said not a problem because it should be covered under the additional insurance package that I purchase when I first received the vehicle. He said it was not in the system. I advised him to look again that I paid 3,000 for it. He then said he found it. He said he would call to make sure it was covered. After that he said I needed an Brake Fluid Flush Service. The Service "Advisor" then handed me a pamphlet with nothing with 80,000 miles on it. After I pointed that out he said it was automatically done at every 20k regardless of how much or hard vehicle was/is driven. At checkout I asked the service advisor with the service take said about the condition of the brake fluid. He said it did not matter what was in the Nissan manual because it's mandatory that it's done at every 20K. I also looked at the multi-vehicle inspection sheet that is supposed to be completed prior to the actual vehicle service and it showed the vehicle was in the green as far as condition of the brake fluid. As I opened up the the vehicle manual reflecting the service at 80k it clearly states that the brake fluid is supposed to be inspected and only replace if vehicle has been driven harshly or is in bad condition. I have attached pictures showing that what I said was factual and correct. While waiting for services to be completed he came to me and said great news, I need to have a rear alignment that the "chamber" was ok. I honestly feel that if I didn't have that warranty he would have not said it was ok. After owning 5 Nissan's this is further confirmation that it time to move on to another import brand. More
