I had a great experience buying the car. They were super helpful and extremely friendly. Service department is awful. The technician was nice enough, but they had someone else’s name, phone number and address on my account. Scary to think about. And the first free service was a joke. I was led to believe it would be an oil change. Instead they rotated my tires (which is free anywhere you go), and “inspected” my floor mats and windshield wipers. My car is not even a year old. Kind of pointless and unnecessary. Waste of time taken off from work and waste of gas money. More

Service advisor Mr. Oscar Ignacio was very rude & was not communicating in a good faith the entire delay in getting service. It took me 6hrs to get back my first 5000miles service and i had to stay at the dealership to get back my car. Overall, worst experience of my life to get service from him. I have also complained about him to his managers and i don’t know if they have taken any steps to improve service and train Oscar to improve his communication skills. More
