Michael was polite, kind, understanding, I had a great experience today at Fred Anderson Toyota. It was Michael Lotito treating me like a rockstar! Michael was polite, kind, understanding, humble and extremely knowledgeable. He knows a lot about cars and trucks. I thought my daughters car was having an issue with the water pump and drive belt. I called Michael the day before to get a quote and he gave me the very best quote he could. He made the appointment for me for the next morning. When I did see him, he thought there might be a different issued but assured me that he would fully diagnose the situation. Guess what, he was right! He had the loaner car set up for me and everything was smooth sailing. Thank you Michael and to the technician who made the repair. The SUV is back to normal and everyone is happy again! We have 3 vehicles that we have serviced at Fred Anderson and we couldn't be happier with the service. More
