Jr is a wealth of Toyota knowledge and good company for 2-3 dealership hours. Fred Anderson is the only dealer that had exactly the car I was looking for and gave the best deal up front. I went there because I purchased a 4Runner there 1 year ago this month. Frank was my sales rep and extremely helpful. That wasn't the problem. The management would not deal with me. They spent the whole time making my rep run back and forth without giving up any information. So I walked out and drove 15 minutes to Leith Toyota. So glad I did! With in 20 minutes of being there we had a truck picked out and a much better deal than Fred Anderson gave me after an hour of being there. Everyone at Leith was a pleasure to work with and made it clear that my satisfaction was their top priority. More

Devonte did a great job in the business integration. PLEASE get an updated improved printer. That is my only complaint as the printer held me up and caused delay in completing finance/business interaction. When I returned to dealership on Sat. am, Devonte recognized right away. Justine was in a hurry Sat am- probably busy and ensured I had everything I needed to complete car title/tag transfers. In & out quickly which was appreciated!
