Without pressure, our buyer's agent, Jim, showed us the full range of trucks, as we were interested in replacing our 2006 truck. He enthusiastically answered all of our questions, and left us with many things to consider. His explanations were thorough enough that we wanted to test drive 2 vehicles, which we did the next day. He suggested a third test drive, after which we knew which vehicle we wanted. We indicated our interest, and he calmly told us that it would be easy to get a deal that made all of us happy. That was an understatement. We also had a great experience learning about the safety of our vehicle from Larry, who also led us through signing the papers. We drove the truck home that day. Dishonest about price of car First...I LOVE my new car! 🚗🚘 But....VERY disappointed to find out that the deal was done underhandedly...to find out a few hours later that the First...I LOVE my new car! 🚗🚘 But....VERY disappointed to find out that the deal was done underhandedly...to find out a few hours later that the vehicle I bought was still listed online “for sale”...and for $700 less than what I paid for it...they knew that when I was in there....but alas, we had not looked back at the online listing yesterday...and when the salesman who sold us the car was notified this morning...the listing “disappeared” and we have had no response, and I’m sure won’t get one...it just sucks to feel like we were taken advantage of... VERY disappointed in Fred Anderson Toyota for this. You took an otherwise very positive experience and made it leave a bitter taste. Poor ethical standard...🙁 All of the individual reviews would have been different had the dishonesty not taken place. Up until that discovery was made we were satisfied with our experience. Too bad they ruined it for us...and anyone else we talk to. More

He is not aggressive or pushy at all, which is a welcome departure from the Toyota sales model. He worked with another customer at the same time as us, which did slow things down, but it’s understandable as we had no appointment set with him. Robert Powell was a fantastic dealer who let me look without being pushy. Showed me the inside of multiple vehicles and different lots containing the vehicle I wanted. Never asked me what I did for a living. Never asked me how much I wanted to spend to try to gauge what he could get out of me. Never pushed with any questions. He simply answered all questions I had and asked me what I wanted to buy. That’s it. He let my family and I test-drive the vehicle without pressuring us or joining along. We came back from the test-drive pretty set. He was honest about the prices. He helped me get insurance set-up. He offered me their free coffee and cookies. He helped me understand payments and work with different individuals to get the numbers I wanted. He went the extra mile and made multiple trips to the manager to add on a military rebate. He told stories with us..and not once did he ever lose his patience. Even once I had it all settled and done and left the lot, he told me to call him the next day to ensure all is well and so he could walk me through some more features and ensure I got set-up properly. True professional and great man overall. I had a very sour and strict attitude about the process coming in, and he showed me that not all dealers are crooked xxxx. Great experience overall. Mike Hardy is a patient and great business manager as well who spent at least two hours with my father and I discussing the goods and bads of warranties and reducing prices. Overall, very satisfied. Would recommend this dealership as well as both of these fine gentlemen. More
