Awful Experience We bought our new truck from a nice sales lady, but was given inaccurate info. She was new, not pushy (as we've experienced in the past). However, when we settled on out the door price, we had to wait forever for paperwork to be prepared by finance. Ridiculous, since we were paying cash. This person was also new. We told our sales lady that we had to leave by 2:00 to get our grandchildren. We were there almost 3 hrs. Why would you assign a new person in finance to us when you were told we had to be gone by a certain time? When we finally got in finance office, we had to listen to a lengthy spiel about the Family Plan. What a rip off. So much for out the door price. Will not be returning to this dealership this summer when I go to purchase my new Highlander. Will not recommend either. More
