Great price and service I began emailing John in August to get pricing on a new Tacoma. I appreciated the way John was so quick to respond and eager to earn my business. I even sent a friend to him to purchase a Tacoma for his son while I was working out my deal. After a few weeks waiting for my truck to arrive, I went to the dealership and John had everything ready and waiting on me. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Did I purchase a great car or a inevitable future problem? My salespeople offered me a Highlander in what they described as the best, feature rich and most reliable and dependable vehicle available that would My salespeople offered me a Highlander in what they described as the best, feature rich and most reliable and dependable vehicle available that would give me many years of trouble free service and performance. I then spent my final 1.5 hours at the dealership being told by the the finance/"sell me more products" person that I was entering into a risky proposition in purchasing my Toyota and that multiple extended warranties and services were the only way to protect myself from inevitable expensive failures on my Highlander ranging from faulty Toyota paint to 20 expensive brittle on board computers. Not sure this is the image Toyota should be perpetuating. More
