Very good experience I gave up on FA years ago because of a couple of really bad experiences. I decided to give it another try. I think something changed because this time the experience was more than positive, especially the interaction with Tim Germain. Easy negotiation, no pressure, good flexibility, excellent attitude. The process to select the additional purchases (we ended up purchasing an extended warranty) could have been shorter; Larry does a very good job at providing lots of good information but not all essential to me making a purchasing decision. Overall, very happy and we'll be back next time. More

He showed us several different cars, describing the merits of each. He had a very polite manner and was knowledgeable and helpful. When we made our decision, he was efficient with the paperwork, and got us to the finance manager quickly. Scott, also, was helpful and thorough.
