We told our sales person (Preston Elmer) what we wanted to do and he did exactly as requested. He was very professional and answered all of the questions with knowledgeable responses. The test drive was the best I have ever experienced in my many times that I have visited dealerships over the years. We were on different types of roads and an expressway as well. He explained all the features in detail. While very persistent he was never too pushy. Even after the sale he has reached out to ensure that we are enjoying the new vehicle. Just a great experience overall. Have already told multiple other folks where to buy. And to be sure to ask for Preston. More

After being dissatisfied with I arrived at Fred Anderson Toyota at roughly 8:30am on Monday March 5th...not even sure that I was going to buy a car. After being dissatisfied with a used car purchased last May, I just thought I would walk around the lot before they got too busy to see if anything interested me. Once I made the decision that I was going to buy a car, I talked with financing FIRST to see what my best options would be. After that, I met Jody Fleming in the lobby and I am so glad I did. He is made to be a salesperson (not in a bad way at all.) He has the personality, the knowledge and was honest throughout the ENTIRE process. The way he pointed out the safety features, and extras on the car--he went above and beyond. This was by far the best experience in buying a car. It was stress free and didn't take as long as I expected. I appreciated the follow up call and the follow up email from Jody. My husband is approaching 400K miles on his pickup truck. I hope Jody is still there when it's his turn to buy. We will look for him as we wish not to use anyone else to buy our car. More
