An Honest, No Pressure Experience In working with Jim Amerson at Fred Anderson, I knew I was going to have a car buying experience that was truthful and comfortable without any pressur In working with Jim Amerson at Fred Anderson, I knew I was going to have a car buying experience that was truthful and comfortable without any pressure to upgrade or spend outside of my budget. Jim, a retiree who was referred to me by a friend, truly loves what he does, the company and Toyotas! I went in knowing I had to buy a new car (my 2007 Prius had died) and knowing the basics of what I wanted (another Prius). During the process I enjoyed getting glimpses of Jim's life and personality through short anecdotes about his family and work - it made me understand he was a person I could trust - but he was also knowledgeable and knew when to speak directly about my car needs. As a female, I also appreciated that he directed his queries to me, the car buyer, versus deferring to my male partner who had come with me. It might not sound like a big deal but it was to me as I've not always had that kind of respect or experience elsewhere in the past. With Jim, I knew I was having a unique dealership experience. To be able to walk in and genuinely trust the salesperson, to know he was listening to my needs in my next vehicle and to not feel he was pushing to max out or extend my financial restrictions gave me so much ease. Jim was communicative before, during and after my purchasing process. He's genuinely interested in people and the customer experience. I love my new Prius Three Touring and I deeply appreciate Jim for helping me through the test-driving and decision-making process. Thanks, Jim! More

I ended up leaving with a brand new 2017 4Runner, peace of mind, and confidence that I made the right decision. I was greeted by Matt Lowery when I was looking at a new 4Runner and was instantly impressed with how knowledgeable he was about the vehicle. Matt made me feel comfortable, he listened to me, he was not pushy, he was transparent, and he answered all of my questions. My parents were extremely impressed with Matt as well, and noted that he made the ca buying experience MUCH better than many dealers they have worked with in the past. Our great experience was continued when we reached the Finance department and met with Stephanie Johns. Stephanie was patient, and went over all of the options with us in detail.
