He didn't play around with the price, he didn't try to upsell me on useless upgrades, and he was very up front about the entire process, which I did not find to be the case in other dealerships in the area. Bryan is a straight shooter, and he showed respect where other dealers were trying to pressure me into a deal I didn't want and push me out the door. If I'm ever looking to buy a new car in the area again, he's the guy I'd call first. In financing, Larry got me through without a hitch. Actually there was one hitch, which was mostly my fault, but he got everything squared away the next time I came it, and I walked out happy. More

The Fred Anderson Experience I was looking at the prices of new trucks. I was not in the market to buy one because I had a 10 year old Tundra ( which I bought from Fred Anderson I was looking at the prices of new trucks. I was not in the market to buy one because I had a 10 year old Tundra ( which I bought from Fred Anderson Raleigh new.. Mr. Anderson take note). I was got some quotes from different dealerships but nothing drew me in.. John sent me an email and I asked him to send me some prices on a 4x4 Tundra which were reasonable . I asked him to test drive a new Tundra and after getting the date right, I went to the dealership and drove one . I liked it. One of John's teammates pointed out my current truck. John sent me some numbers and I was surprised by the prices I got with trade-in.. I contacted John to make sure that he had not made a mistake and he confirmed the the prices where real. I made an appointment and got the truck in a few days. I do not like games when it comes to business and John didn't play any games. He was straight forward and professional . John's team made the experience seamless. I have recommended John and Fred Anderson of Raleigh to several people since I got my truck.. Thanks John. More

Bryan led with an offer that was more than competitive compared to other dealers so I felt no need to haggle. I've never walked out of a dealership and said, we're going to buy from that salesperson again, I did after working with Bryan. He stayed well after he should have left for the day to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase. The hand off to the finance person (Stephanie) went smoothly and there was none of the usual "the new car you're buying will fall apart next month if you don't get the extended warranty" shenanigans. All of the information presented to us was straightforward and there were no surprises or games. More

It sounded all good that a dealer is to provide lifetime oil change, lifetime drivetrain warranty at the beginning, even if you ask, all you got was vague answer, no fact sheet, etc. It was until you are in the room about to write the check, you would then know that it costs extra (outside of the agreed car price) to be eligible for this "lifetime drivetrain warranty". To be fair, it's OK for the dealer to offer such package, my problem is, I wanted to get the cost upfront, rather than being told to pay extra after signed up the purchase contract. So lesson learned. If you must have to have your car serviced at this particular dealership, this is for you. If you already have a trust independent place, then at least during your bargain time, ask the dealer to deduct the money they "have already spent in setting up this warranty". More
