We were concerned about buying a used car but Troy Hanes put our minds to rest by assuring us that everything was good with the car. He is very personable and took the time to help us setting up the blue tooth, getting a new antenna, a new car manual, and a few covers that were missing in the car. Since we live out of state he went out of his way to arrange for us to pick up our tags before they were sent in the mail which could have been a disaster.
