Why not get a nice sedan instead," at local dealerships. Having recently visited a competitor and being told what I 'could' and 'couldn't' do in the new vehicle I was looking to purchase, I thought I'd see how I was treated at Fred Anderson before I pulled the trigger on buying a new 4Runner. Stephanie was the first to greet me and asked what I was looking for. I laid all of my specifications out for her and within ten minutes she'd found my vehicle, had my final price quoted, and was ready to place a request for my truck to be transferred to the dealership. Stephanie manages to be a total professional while still maintaining a warm and friendly presence. She kept in touch about my vehicles estimated arrival date without inundating me with phone calls. When my truck arrived, I was able to get down to the dealership, inspect the new truck, get my trade-in appraised, paperwork signed, and was out the door in under two hours. All around I could not have asked for a better experience. I very much appreciate that Stephanie has made herself available to answer questions post-sale, and has indicated she is happy to do so in the foreseeable future.
