True professional who does not play any games I stopped in at the dealership and I was lucky to be greeted by Steve. Great car buying experience Troy was so friendly during the car buying process. Never pushy like other dealers, and he really did what he could to help! He took time and explained things and really helped the process be less confusing. He did his best to negotiate the price to work with my budget which I greatly appreciate! His manager Jay wasn't as friendly when it came to speaking to him. He was more stern and serious, but still also tried to help with the process. I love my new car and I'm so happy I went with Fred Anderson! People we're friendly, and they really changed my perception of dealers and dealerships. More
