The dreaded car buying experience, UGH I had my previous Toyota for 14 years. I was gonna drive it until it died but the impending threat of expensive and extensive service made me second I had my previous Toyota for 14 years. I'd had a bad experience with the OTHER toyota dealership years ago and vowed never to step foot in there again. When I bought the sequoia, It was a pleasant experience with Fred Anderson so i'd said i'd always return. Met Joey O via an internet inquiry. When I met him in person, he was pleasant, extending his hand out to both myself and my husband as well as my daughter. He was very patient with me as I wasn't sure of what I wanted. He was very truthful and honest about each car we tried. He even brought my daughter a bag of chips as we waited for the process to move along. Enjoyed the experience and wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Also Jesus was also a pleasure to work with. He was very personable and kept my 7yo very entertained. She even snuck a picture of him with my cellphone before we left. Fred Anderson Toyota is a great place to shop for a car! Tony was very patient as I couldn't decide as to which car I wanted. We'd just purchased a home so of course the new car payment was a big deal! When we couldn't make a decision, he showed me a car they had marked down for Mother's Day sale! I drove it and loved it and I now own it! More
