Buying a car is not an easy ordeal, but Rick was patient and answered all our questions with a smile until we were able to choose the car best suited for our needs. He didn't push a car on us, but assisted us in finding the right car for us. He called us a few days later to check on how the car was. When I told him that the charging pack was missing, he mailed it to us. The downside note is with the finance rep, Chris Hines who rushed through the paperwork and didn't show us the different payment options. More
