Needed a car I had just totaled my car and needed a car. I searched online for a new car and was about to purchase a car from Carvana, but their process was slow I had just totaled my car and needed a car. I searched online for a new car and was about to purchase a car from Carvana, but their process was slow and could not deliver what I required. Thankfully, I found a car at Fred Anderson Toyota. I got an Uber, and went there to try out the car I was pretty firm with my price requirement and Steve was very amenable to that. I test drove that car but I didn't like it, however, Steve was able to show me other cars that I might have overlooked. I ended up buying a Prius, and couldn't be happier. Jesus was excellent in the financial realm, I had a pre-qualification from USAA but Jesus was able to secure me a better rate. Very quick and courteous. Even went out of their was to get me new tow eye covers. Thank you gentlemen More

John Lafabregue listened and found exactly what I requested thereby saving me time while providing a hassle free experience. We only looked at the one car we requested and purchased it on the spot. Some history... I purchased my 1st Toyota (Camry) from this dealership in 2006 near close of business. There were some spots on the car and was told they'd take care of it on the first service visit. Upon returning several weeks later and relating this to service personnel, they asked for it in writing and asked aloud "who's going to pay for this." Starting to get steamed, I was taken to a "suit & tie" manager where the problem was explained by the service writer while asking "who's going to pay" again. I was just about to lose my cool when the suit said "we'll worry about that later. Right now we're going to do whatever it takes to satisfy this customer. Now go fix it". That incident has made me a return buyer and advocate for this dealership...the true meaning of customer service on display! More
