Got what I came in for! Steve was able to get me the truck I came in for in a very short time. Process went very smoothly. Mike was able to get the financing setup quickly. Good Experience I had a good experience with Alex. Having to go back to get the tint re-done was a bit of a hassle and probably having to go back again because there I had a good experience with Alex. Having to go back to get the tint re-done was a bit of a hassle and probably having to go back again because there are bubbles in the window is still frustrating, but Alex was always very kind. There also was something Alex said said to us that was not true during the sale process. Meaning, we thought we were getting something but in reality it was already included in the prize. We noticed that once we drove home and saw what was included in the package. Alex was very sincere about it and admitted it was his mistake and that he really wanted to fix the issue. I just hope he keeps his word and if so I would definitely come back to Alex at Fred Anderson Toyota for any future purchases. More

Poor sales follow up I proposed a difficult deal involving a trade in, but do not believe it was ridiculous. Sales did not respond to my last/second email. I wasn't necessarily thinking we could settle on a price we could both accept but was expecting an email saying politely "thanks, but no thanks". Sales manager sent an email . I explained my experience, guess what, no response. They are somewhat wasting their money on their CRM software. More
