Purchasing a car from Michael Toy I was very satisfied with my 2014 Toyota Corolla purchase. I was worried that the process would be too difficult for me considering i had never done it alone but Michael was great at explaining everything to me, as was Jesus. They even helped me talk to my insurance to make sure I got the paperwork information correct. Michael kept me up to date the next day after my purchase so that I knew when the paperwork for my loan was taken care of as well as when the vehicle was ready to take home. To give an example of how satified I was with my purchase, I wasn't even planning on buying a car that day (i just wanted to look) but Michael found the perfect car for me at the price I needed. He didn't make me feel rushed and was very accomodating when I wanted to look at all used lots. More

The dealership is amazingly clean and bright and hey, they have cookies! The only slightly negative is the same I would probably say about any dealership - the way the financing part is handled/presented is done in such a way that you don't see your FINAL bottom line until you are practically at the end of signing all the paperwork. I know why it's done this way (you are a business for profit) but I still find it to be shady. Just my opinion. More
