Found the vehicle we were looking for! Rob was an excellent salesman. We told him what we were looking for, and he worked with us to complete the sale. No pressure to upsell a higher trim Rob was an excellent salesman. We told him what we were looking for, and he worked with us to complete the sale. No pressure to upsell a higher trim line and no games like we experienced at another dealership in Apex. I would recommend Fred Anderson Toyota of Raleigh, and would tell my friends to see Rob when they are in the market for a vehicle. Mike Hardy in finance, was very detailed, friendly, and provided us with the pros & cons of several options. Overall an excellent experience! More

Mike Toy and My Sales Experience I went to Fred Anderson Toyota after being disgusted with some other big name dealerships in Raleigh, NC. These other dealerships were wanting me to I went to Fred Anderson Toyota after being disgusted with some other big name dealerships in Raleigh, NC. These other dealerships were wanting me to buy cars with fairly obvious problems that I pointed out to them after I test drove them. Unfortunately, these dealerships were in a huge state of denial After hearing basically the same excuses, I went to Fred Anderson on Glenwood Avenue to the preowned lot. Mike Toy is a wonderful person to deal with for a used vehicle. I had many questions which he answered for me, and if he did not know he asked someone else. The sale was smooth and organized. Although I had to go back to the lot a few times to straighten out details he stood by his word during the sale. They go to great lengths to try to please customers. More

Horrible after sale experience After being told Fred Anderson would make titling and registering my new car easy, they refuse to help me get it done timely. Car has 30 day temporary After being told Fred Anderson would make titling and registering my new car easy, they refuse to help me get it done timely. Car has 30 day temporary tag. Now told it will take 4-6 weeks for Fred Anderson to register the car - this is wrong because 1. it is an very quick process, and 2. that means I can't drive the car after 30 days. Fred Anderson told me DMV Nationwide handles the registration, and DMV Nationwide would not talk to me. DMV Nationwide told me they would talk to me, but needed Fred Anderson's permission. Fred Anderson told me there was nothing they could do when I asked them to see if they could move registering the car along. Won't even tell me if Fred Anderson processed the paperwork for DMV Nationwide - 2 weeks after purchase. Fred Anderson repeatedly did not do what they said they would do. Doesn't call back as promised. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY, THEY DON'T SEEM TO CARE. BUYER BEWARE!!! More
