Jay Tejani (The sales manager) took the time to research other financing options and found a better option at a better finance rate, ultimately allowing for a lower price to finance and bring my monthly car payments to an even more affordable monthly payment. David Foster wrote up our contract and was able to explain everything I needed to know about how the financing would work, in simple complete sentences using words we don't have to be a lawyer to understand. Buying a new pickup I inquired about a new Toyota Tacoma. I called several dealerships in the area (Leith, Mark Jacobson, and Fred Anderson) because I was looking for a s I inquired about a new Toyota Tacoma. I called several dealerships in the area (Leith, Mark Jacobson, and Fred Anderson) because I was looking for a specific truck with a MANUAL transmission. At the first two dealerships, they said they found exactly what I was looking for but in reality it was the same truck with a bunch of options I didn't want and almost $40k ($38,800). The sales person at Mark Jacobson didn't even know why the price was higher than Fred Anderson (ie, that it had a premium package on it). When I called Fred Anderson, Andre listened to what I was looking for and found exactly the truck I wanted, with no additional options adding cost that I was not interested in. He was the only sales person to do this and he kept me abreast of the delivery progress (as there were no trucks exactly like I wanted available). I was very happy with his service, he made sure I had everything I needed, understood what I was buying, and would recommend him to anyone. More
