Surprisingly painless I've never bought a car from a dealership, so my expectations were merely set by care salesman negative stereotypes from tv. Since I walked in knowing what I wanted, that made a process easier, but from the minute we met Joey O, I knew those stereotypes were very wrong. He wasn't pushy, listened to everything we had to say, and even when he didn't know the answer to one of our questions, I didn't try to make something up and just said he wasn't 100% sure and would check, which he did. Besides the pleasant sales person, I was SHOCKED about their "family plan" they call it. Free oil changes for life even for used car purchases!? There's other perks to it, but that's the one that stuck out in my brain was amazing. I bought a used Prius earlier this week (Monday) and I'm picking up today (Thursday), they wanted to fix one exterior plastic part for (it must have been damaged by another test drive person), detail the car, and fill it up for gas. My bias for working with sellers directly and never going to sleazy dealerships is completely shattered. This car thankfully will last me years and I'll get lots of free services from Anderson in the meanwhile, but I'll certainly go to them first whenever I want a new car again. More

Not realizing the dealership was about to close I went on to look at truck after truck Timothy gladly got keys for a couple of trucks and answered all my questions. Finally I decided to go through with the deal, there I met Stephen Martinez who was very knowledgeable, charismatic and spoke candidly with me regarding my options.
