One Very Satisfied Customer My interest with Fred Anderson began with a internet inquiry on a 4runner, I began speaking with our sales man Rodney Williams over the phone. We spoke back and fourth over the phone several times throughout the day exchanging information on vehicles they had on the lot. He found two vehicles on the lot that fit my needs. When I arrived to the dealership Mr. Williams had both cars placed conveniently in the front of lot beside the front door for my inspection. He was very knowledgeable on the information and different features of the cars. He walked us through both vehicles and assisted us with our final decision. They made our paperwork a breeze from start to finish. Steve Martinez assisted us with our financial and warranty paperwork. He patiently worked with our bank and us through a paperwork issue on our banks end. Once it was all said and done these two guys ended up staying at the dealership two hours after the dealership closed to make sure we got our car that night!
