I first contacted Fred Anderson Toyota via telephone on Friday, December 30, 2016 and set up an appointment to come in to see specific Avalon Plus st I first contacted Fred Anderson Toyota via telephone on Friday, December 30, 2016 and set up an appointment to come in to see specific Avalon Plus stock number. I arrived at the dealership about 1:00pm. Justin was with another customer when I arrived but broke away to start the car, turn on the heat and heated front seat for my comfort while I looked it over. The entire sales process took less than 1 and 1/2 hour which included examining and valuing my trade in. I came in at 8:00am the next morning to pick up the vehicle and was on the road home before 9:00am. It was the easiest and quickest car buying experience in my 77 years! Thank you Justin. More

There were a few times I felt like I wasn't getting a direct answer to some questions, but when all was said and done the price was the best around by far. When we got to the dealership the paperwork was ready to go and we got a great price for our trade-in. John was fantastic to work with and wanted to help us enjoy our experience and new vehicle. I did express my budget several times which I thought the representatives would be sensitive to. I felt they were concerned with my monthly payment and making a sale. I left the dealership with a balance more than I originally mentioned, I was not expecting that end result. I also was under the impression that I would work with my bank. It was not revealed to me that I was working with another bank until I asked. I also desired and mentioned that I wanted to work with my credit union. I felt the dealership was not interested in my concern and had a desire to complete a sale that night. More
