OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE!!! This was my second new car purchase, the first was with a different dealership in the Tri and the experience was absolutely horrible and left me as This was my second new car purchase, the first was with a different dealership in the Tri and the experience was absolutely horrible and left me as damaged goods. My anxiety ceased when I started working with Justin and he was patient, knowledgeable and accommodating. I ordered a limited edition vehicle with some options and Justin kept me apprised of the progress and provided an anticipated delivery date. I happened to be out of town when the truck was arriving and Justin didn’t give me a hard time he was understanding and told me to come in when I could. When I came in to pick up the vehicle, we started with Bhobie in Finance. That man had his "stuff" wired! He got me in and out of his office in less than 10 minutes and had me cracking up the entire time. Justin provided me with my keys and paperwork and we proceeded to do a walk around of my truck. I was given an incredibly comprehensive introduction to my new vehicle including many personal insights and helpful anecdotes. With all my questions were answered, I departed. Justin followed up with me about a week later ensuring all was well and asking if I had any questions or concerns – I did not. That man is Top Shelf and I will happily recommend Fred Anderson Toyota and especially Justin to ANY prospective auto purchaser. More
