I have been car shopping for several months and I can't tell you how many salespeople I met who didn't value me as a customer or listen to me as Stephanie did. As for the dealership - Overall good experience. However I feel that the dealership should be transparent and upfront about all the overpriced add-ons they pass on to the purchaser rather then try to hide them. By NOT posting the MSRP and invoice on the window, they hide these add ons such as window tinting, conditioning, and sealants. In my case it was over $2,000k in additional costs. They need to be up front, transparent, and honest with their customers. That was the only disappointing part of the experience. That is the reason I gave Bryan a 4 out of 5 - as management representing the dealership he should lead by example in transparency and honesty, otherwise I would have given him a 5. More
