We went to Fred Anderson (by way of Truecar.com, thank you Truecar.com!) and we were meet by Joey "O" Ososki. When we arrived, he already had the truck we were considering pulled up at the front. We explained our situation and how we weren't sure we were ready to purchase a new truck and I was pleasantly surprised that I was not met with that pressure and haggling you associate with car sales people. Joey knew that the truck spoke for itself and took the time to answer all of our questions. I felt very comfortable I was dealing with the right kind of sales person and was glad to work with him on our purchase. After making the deal and negotiating the financing portion, we were met with Mike Veri who handled all the paperwork professionally and in a very personable manner. An added bonus to have someone else in the process that made us glad we came to Fred Anderson. Bottom line: I love our new truck and I dig knowing that Fred Anderson will do free oil changes and maintenance for the life of the truck. When we're ready to purchase our next car or truck, we will start with Fred Anderson and our newest buddy, Joey "O". More

Steve called me and was incredibly helpful! He was so patient and understanding of the magnitude of buying a car. He knew his information really well and was more than happy to go out of his way to help me. He was excited for me and you could tell he really loves his job. A huge thank you to him. Rashanda was equally as pleasant, helpful, patient, and understanding. The wait to deal with finance was very long (over a 2 hour wait) but Rashanda actually stayed late to help me because she knew how long I had been waiting. Talk about going the extra mile. I am actually looking forward to my 1st tune up so I can come back and say hi to both Rashanda and Steve. Side note: Please bring back the free bottled water. If you are having Listerine in your bathrooms then a bottled water doesn't seem to be too much of an ask. More
