Pleasant and Enjoyable Upon arriving at Fred Anderson Toyota in Raleigh, I was greeted by Mike Toy. My wife and I told him what we were looking for and he was very helpful i Upon arriving at Fred Anderson Toyota in Raleigh, I was greeted by Mike Toy. My wife and I told him what we were looking for and he was very helpful in leading us in the right direction. At no point was he pushy or made us feel uncomfortable. We really trusted Mike and felt comfortable making this big decision with him, unlike at Hendricks Toyota in Fayetteville. There we felt misled and backed into a corner to make an impulse decision on a vehicle we really had no intention of buying. Everybody at Fred Anderson Toyota in Raleigh though was phenomenal to work with. The finance manager, David Foster, was great to work with as well and he explained everything to us in great detail in a way that was very easy to follow. All in all, I highly recommend Fred Anderson Toyota in Raleigh to anybody. They have a great selection and an even better staff to work with. When my wife is due for a new vehicle, we will be going back here. More

WORST SERVICE EVER I was pretty satisfied with the service until one day. I bought my car and lots of extra coverage worth over $7000 from this dealership. I did my main I was pretty satisfied with the service until one day. I bought my car and lots of extra coverage worth over $7000 from this dealership. I did my maintenance there for about 3 years. After the last service I noticed something odd with the rear wheel and then I had an accident. When I came back to the dealership and asked them to place the car on the lift and examine if there was anything wrong, they refused to do that. And, they were VERY RUDE, UNFRIENDLY AND UNPROFESSIONAL about this. They were making up stories in order to avoid any work or responsibility. I was not blaming anyone, but just wanted for them to check it. Won't be going there again!!! More
