Worst experience ever I bought my first new truck at Fred Anderson. I enrolled in the tires for life program and was promised a free car wash at each service. I have owned the vehicle for one year and haven't had a wash yet as I am constantly told the car wash is broken. I had an appointment scheduled for 830 pm for an oil change and was told it would be ready until 1030, but I could come back another time. This was after they scheduled the appointment!! 2 hours for an oil change?? I drive 45 minutes, each way to frequent their business. I am not pleased at all with their service at this time. More

My husband and I went to the dealership on a Tuesday to view a vehicle I'd found online. After seeing it up close we were not impressed. We discussed with Sal what we really wanted he searched the lot and we came up empty. On Thursday my husband received a call back from Sal saying I have the SUV for you. We went by to view this potential SUV with little hope due to our prior experiences. Too our surprise it was just the one we'd been searching for. We are now proud owners of the sort after SUV. After our purchase, Steve sat in the car with us and explained every little button and gadget, he even set our phone up! One thing that impressed me most, which lacks in the car sales people I have dealt with in the past, was his honesty. When he didn't know the answer to a trivial question, he made it an important question and found out the answer promptly. The car dealership is well laid out with comfortable waiting areas. I did not see a place for the little guys to hang out and believe it would be a welcomed addition to the waiting area. I am counting on future visits for maintenance to go just as smooth and definitely will be referring people to Fred Anderson Toyota. More
