3rd card in 4 years I have purchased 3 cars from Fred Anderson Toyota over the last 4 years - 1 Scion and 2 Highlanders. Recently, my first highlander (2014) was totaled I have purchased 3 cars from Fred Anderson Toyota over the last 4 years - 1 Scion and 2 Highlanders. Recently, my first highlander (2014) was totaled in an accident. John Lafabregue was one of the first people I called right after the accident because he is very knowledge about all car experiences. He was right there with me as I went through the total loss process and helped me get into a 2016 highlander about 3 weeks later....without his expertise in factory warranties and insurance, I wouldn't have had a down payment for the new vehicle. John is really fun to work with -- and very patient as well. More
