Exceptional buying experience I visited several dealerships and had an awful experience at most of them - high pressure sales tactics, endless phone calls and emails. My experience I visited several dealerships and had an awful experience at most of them - high pressure sales tactics, endless phone calls and emails. My experience at Fred Anderson Toyota was completely different. Everything about the experience, from the initial contact to driving my new vehicle off the lot, was completely different. The dealership is immaculate, and everyone was extremely polite and helpful. Stephanie's approach was perfect - very laid back, but always ready to help. She was very patient throughout the entire process, answering all of our questions and helping us decide which vehicle was right for us. Rashanda was great to work with as well. She took the time to explain all of the options available to us, and point out which ones would actually be beneficial. Overall, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had, and will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone I know that is in the market for a new car. More
