Tim Germain is great, the Dealership is Okay This is the second time we've worked with Tim Germain and he has been great both times. He makes the entire experience simple, and straight forward. Unfortunately, Fred Anderson's "family plan" isn't the value they advertise it as. Despite saying that we would get a loyalty service discount after 50,000 miles, we did not receive our discount until our 70,000 mile service, costing us hundreds of dollars. If you're looking for a Toyota, go see Tim. Just factor in that Fred Anderson might not end up giving you what you were promised. (Also, if you get lucky enough to have Rashanda as your finance manager, then you'll enjoy that process too.) More
