I already knew that I was interested in the Toyota Rav4 and that I wanted All Wheel Drive, but I wasn't that familiar with the other features and differences between the different models. Jody was extremely thorough with explaining the features that each one did or did not have and showed us what was on the lot as well as let us know that he could get us what we wanted if it wasn't on the lot. He also helped us with making sure we were able to get the payments where we wanted them with the down payment we made. He made picking out my new Toyota Rav4 an exciting experience! We purchased the car on a Sunday but while we were out running errands on Saturday, we decided to stop by Crossroads Ford in Cary just to take a look. The sales manager there was pushy and rude and we were glad on Sunday to be back with a sales staff member that was very friendly and has never tried to rush us through a purchase. I have recommended Mark and this dealership to several people I know and two of them ended up purchasing a new car from this dealership. More
