"Rewarding Experience!" I first talked with Steve Daniel when I called and requested a test drive on a Toyota Highlander. He met us at the time and date set for the test drive with two vehicles he thought would interest us from my original phone call and he was right on target. Steve's knowledge is thorough and detailed; he is attentive and customer oriented. Our new Highlander Limited is not our first Toyota but the first time we have purchased at Fred Anderson. The sense of just enough caring but not too much caring is real at Anderson where car buying feels fun rather than dogged. My salesperson was Sal Tinervia. I respect his straight way forward with the presentation of the car, the evaluation of the car and eventually the purchase of the car. I came away from Anderson with a good buying experience made plain by the car I chose at a style, year and price that I found reasonable.. More
