I returned to Fred Anderson because the service on my 2011 car was superb. I wanted a particular new Avalon in 2016 and Fred Anderson worked with me to import it from the FA store in Columbia, SC. The sales rep I worked with Mark Langdon assisted me through the whole sales process and was particularly helpful in showing me the new electronics package in the car. You have my continuing business in the future. More
A Great Experience. Last week, I purchased a 2005 Toyota Corolla from Fred Anderson Toyota in Raleigh, NC. The salesperson that I dealt with was a man named Mr. Ben Rahi Last week, I purchased a 2005 Toyota Corolla from Fred Anderson Toyota in Raleigh, NC. The salesperson that I dealt with was a man named Mr. Ben Rahimzadeh. Over several days, I was in contact with Mr. Ben, in back-and-forth negotiations. I had asked that floor mats be provided as part of the sale. There was a point in time, when it looked like I had a deal with another dealer, and was really looking at the Toyota at Fred Anderson as my “Plan B.” However, fate intervened to send me to the right place, which was to Mr. Ben, to complete the deal. Throughout the whole negotiating process Mr. Ben was professional and courteous, trying to find the means to make the deal work. In the end, his efforts paid off when I consummated the deal. To my surprise, Fred Anderson threw in nice floor mats, though it had not been made clear whether they would or not during the process. To their credit, I think they simply kept that from me to be able to surprise me at the end of the deal. They even let me drive the car to my hometown 80 miles away to have the car checked out by my personal mechanic prior to purchase. I have nothing by good things to say about Mr. Ben and his Manager, who did everything they could to make me comfortable and to make the deal work. It's be a long time since I've been treated with that kind of professionalism and courtesy with a business. Great job, Fred Anderson Toyota! More

We have purchased a few cars over the years and this one has been our best car buying experience. It took these folks only 4 hours to get us the best deal ever: Len was a very courteous sales man, Jay an excellent manager who helped us to get a loan - he certainly has a passion for his job, and David Foster - the finances geek - who is an ultra organized super human. The only thing we were not happy about is that we were promised a FULL DETAIL clean up on the vehicle, and at the end they just did a QUICK clean up. More
