MARVIN CAME THROUGH UPON ARRIVING AT FRED ANDERSON, WE HAD PLANNED ON LOOKING AT A PRE-OWNED SIENNA. Great second experience Unfortunately, our 2008 Prius was totaled in November. We had purchased it new at Fred Anderson and Larry Wall was our salesman then and we were very Unfortunately, our 2008 Prius was totaled in November. We had purchased it new at Fred Anderson and Larry Wall was our salesman then and we were very happy with that purchase experience. We have had 8 years of exceptional service since. We decided on a new 2016 Prius which was not yet available in November. We contacted Larry and he kept us posted until the 2016's arrived near the end of January. We went in to order our car on 1/25 fully expecting it would take 4-8 weeks to get it since they were just starting to arrive. Much to our amazement, Larry found just exactly what we wanted - it literally arrived on a car carrier while we were doing a test drive. Larry pulled the car off the carrier and had it ready for us the next day. 8 years of exceptional service and Larry's great job in 2008 brought us back, and we are very happy with our new Prius. More
