The tire fell off my Highlander after 25,000 mile service We bought our 2013 Highlander from Fred Andersen Toyota and have taken it there for Service at each of the 5,000 mile services. The wait times tend to be long but it is a very comfortable facility. When I took my Highlander here the morning of January 25, 2016 for the 25,000 mile oil change/tire rotation my right rear tire FELL OFF when I was pulling out of the parking lot. Thankfully it didn't happen on the main road. They gave me a loaner car to take home (which was covered with ice that I had to remove.) They kept our Highlander to make sure it wasn't damaged and said they would call me that afternoon. I didn't hear anything from them so I called the next day. The service manager said that "the stud that the tire attaches to broke off." When I asked him how that can happen he said "that sometimes they break off but he wouldn't expect it to happen in a car with only 25,000 miles on it." So rather than saying, hey honest unfortunate mistake- our Team must have forgotten to tighten the lug nuts- they make me question my lifelong commitment to Toyota by suggesting that my tires might just randomly fall off. In fact, he recommended I "have the service department check the other tire studs the next time I am in for service." I can promise you I will never trust them to service our Highlander again nor will I buy another Toyota from them when it comes time to replace our beloved Highlander. More

Redeeming the brand name = great experience I purchased a 2015 Highlander Limited Platinum in my home state to drive to NC to visit relatives for the holidays. We decided we needed more room an I purchased a 2015 Highlander Limited Platinum in my home state to drive to NC to visit relatives for the holidays. We decided we needed more room and traded it in before the first payment was due. We opted for the Sienna and Marvin really helped us find the right model with all the desired features. We had to roll over some negative equity (penalty for trading in so quickly and not selecting the van the first time around) but Bill S in the Finance dept went above and beyond to get us a great deal and term. I am a long time Honda brand loyalist and this is my first venture into the Toyota products. I wasn't pleased with my initial experience but working with the team at Fred Anderson changed that for me. We drove past at least 3 Toyota dealerships to go to Fred Anderson based on a recommendation from my in-laws who bought 2 cars there in the past 5 years and it was worth the extra mileage. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car. More
