He was easy to get along with, did not push the hard sell (which we appreciated), was knowledgeable about the features on the vehicle (in particular, he pointed out the amazing turn radius of the Toyota Sienna we were buying), and had a fun sense of humor. Jeff was even available to respond to our text communications after we had purchased the van with regards to the spare key we had forgotten and an accessory that we purchased which needed to be installed. Negotiating a final deal is always a challenge when buying a new vehicle, but we felt like Jeff negotiated in good faith. More
