So what is the point of making a service appointment when they never have it in the system and ask if I purchased the truck at the dealership. So I said no in the text and then waited and got another text my truck was ready. Got checked out, never mentioned the brakes or battery, so I guess it was critical they needed to be done. More

Allen was very professional and straightforward with pricing. The person in the finance department on the other hand was not. He attempted to sign us up for service and maintenance contracts that we spe pricing. The person in the finance department on the other hand was not. When I called for a cancellation email for said service contracts, the finance person told me it would take one or two business days to send an email link.
