Excellent customer service with the service department. I was traveling when my car started over heating. It was easy to schedule an appointment online, dropped my car off, then within an hour i received a I was traveling when my car started over heating. It was easy to schedule an appointment online, dropped my car off, then within an hour i received an estimate. Within hours my car was repaired so I was able to safety drive the 2 hrs back home prior to the snow storm. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The building and grounds are clean as well. My service advisor was Michael “Ace” Acevedo. Mr. Acevedo was an Ace. I’ll list a few things about him that I noticed. Very personable., honest., went above and beyond customer service. When I was getting my loaner vehicle from the loan officer, Mr. Acevedo retrieved my insurance card, blankets that I have in my car for my dog to sit on, and the vehicle harness that my dog attaches to that goes into the seat seatbelt buckle. Then on top of all of that, when I went to get into my loaner vehicle, Mr. Acevedo held my dog’s leash so that I could put the blankets and the harness attachment in the loaner vehicle. He is a great guy and kept me informed of the progress of my vehicle throughout the day. Highly recommend you see Michael for your vehicles needs. More
