Received great service when buying my 4Runner. Since then I have sold it and have been trying to collect the cancelled gap insurance. I was notified by the insurance company the contract has been cancelled. I have sold it and have been trying to collect the cancelled gap insurance. I was notified by the insurance company the contract has been cancelled. Numerous emails and calls have not been returned by Ricki Jones, Marcus Miles and Jessica. When I have tried communicating to the dealership and my refund. I am now pursuing the funds through small claims court. Needless to say will not consider this dealership for my next vehicle. More
