It is our goal to make all our customers happy with their purchase as well as pleased with the buying process. To earn your business we discounted the vehicle to your price. All our vehicles are aggressively priced based on the market, and all of the lower priced cars you were referring to did have higher mileage which is reflected in their pricing. The extended time period you were in the business office with the Finance Manager was to allow time to read and go over all the documents thoroughly. If you have any questions pertaining to your purchase or what your extended warranties cover, we would be happy to discuss things further with you. Perhaps you didn't read my review thoroughly. The price that was AGREED upon was changed in the final paperwork with more than $3,000 added to the AGREED price. Why would you say that the vehicles of the lower priced cars that were compared to the one on your lot had higher miles???? That is NOT true and it was CLEARLY shown to your salesperson Brandon. The cars were priced lower and had lower miles. In fact, I'm looking at one right now that was saved in my search that was priced lower AND had 3,698 miles. I don't appreciate the falsehood in your response!!!!! I have called several times and left messages to resolve this issue, however, the issue remains! It seems as if this dealership is ok with cheating customers and lying to cover up the scandalous behavior done at Fred Anderson Toyota.
