The final stage of online negotiations was conducted by Dennis Quinn, whose frankness and integrity we learned to admire. When we arrived, we were handed over to Joy Donmoyer, with whom we also negotiated the trade-in price of our older vehicle, Joy was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She was helpful without being pushy. And she was concerned that we should leave satisfied that we had purchased a superior product at a fair price. They entire staff was cheerful and helpful. I would definitely recommend the online process as a way of preparing for a visit to the dealer. More
